No, All our offices are provided unfurnished, but we encourage all tenants to get creative, paint, furnish and create your own beautiful space. Katie from THRIVE Taunton, has created a wonderful space as you can see from some of her photos!!!

What’s the minimum commitment?

Our terms start from just one month, with longer options available if you prefer a little more security

What’s included in the rent?

Your rent covers your space and the service charge covers Utilities, maintenance, access to the shared facilities and a weekly clean of all the communal areas. Business rates are your responsibility, but many small businesses may qualify for full relief and pay nothing.

Is the building accessible 24/7?

Yes, tenants have 24/7 secure access to the building and their office space.

Is there parking available on-site?

Yes—our location includes a car park with 126 spaces, permits cost £100/m but can be shared
